Trixie Whitley comes by her stellar talent honestly. Her late father was the blues rocker Chris Whitley who was a powerhouse singer, songwriter and guitarist. Trixie has lived a varied and interesting life and is now emerging as an artist who deserves our full attention. In town for the Forecastle Festival, she performed a couple of songs for us.
